This hands-on experience focuses on practical cooking tips, meal planning, and budget-conscious ingredients - perfect for anyone looking to eat well without overspending. You’ll walk away with recipes you can easily recreate at home. Free to attend, but you do need to register in advance.

Got energetic kids? This Karate Beginner Workshop at Cosens Martial Arts in Mt. Pleasant is a fun introduction to martial arts for children. The class focuses on basic techniques, coordination, confidence-building, and discipline in a supportive environment. Sunday, January 11th, 10 am - 7 pm
